the umbrella sybolizes "floating" = being high?

what are the little bits that look like bugs?
are they flies on the fruit?

yes, those things are flies on the fruit.
i cant give other explanations, anderstand it the way you like, i showed it to bunch of people and each one saw it differently.. some said they are dancing, some thought the wine bottles on top are cigars or news paper .. ann saw the umbrella high

the near-to-empty bottles suggest being high and also because they are floating.
the fruit looks like blueberries but maybe they are grapes?
