Have you tried iCab yet?
iCab runs with everything from Tiger up to the current El Captain
I got it for my T-book G4 after firefox stopped working.
iCab poses as other browsers.
it does so much if you want to make it fit you, you can.
Mr Clauss was kind enough to write me back at least a dozen times to answer my questions and help me with things like downloading video
things I thought I could do only with firefox.
